The San Joaquin Valley Regional Association of California Counties (SJVRACC) is a collaboration of the nine San Joaquin Counties: Stanislaus, Kings, Kern, Madera, Fresno, Mariposa, Tulare, Merced, and San Joaquin. This annual conference is a tremendous opportunity for the nine San Joaquin Valley Counties to collaborate, socialize and gain knowledge of the major issues our region is facing.
